Bram’s Fruit will gladly accept returns and refund or exchange the item(s).

- All items must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition with all original tags attached.
- Sale products can only be exchanged for another size (if available). Refunds are not possible on sale items. Please use a reliable courier and include track & trace/insured postage to ensure the safe arrival of the package as we can not take the responsibility for damaged or lost items. Always keep proof of postage.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded. Product refunds will be processed within 30 days. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days, please contact us:

Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
